ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. HIBA UTAMA KANTOR PUSAT JAKARTA TIMUR

Abstract


This research aims to find out and find performance problems that can improve employee work productivity or vice versa. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques are observation, interview and study documentation. The observations related to work productivity activities on all employees of PT. Hiba Utama. The interviewees were assistant managers, personnel staff and admin staff. Documentation studies are carried out by taking pictures directly and requesting archives or personnel staff files. The results of the study show that the implementation of employee work productivity at PT. Hiba Utama, has made improvements every year and increased employee morale, so that performance will improve and create maximum work productivity and enough to be proud of the company. This is shown that PT. Hiba Utama, often gets the title of masterpiece and other awards as a transportation service that serves the community well and consistently.
