ANALISIS REKRUTMEN KARYAWAN PADA PT PEGADAIAN (PERSERO) CABANG PETAMBURAN JAKARTA

Abstract


The process of employee recruitment at PT. Pegadaian Persero Petamburan Branch Jakarta, namely through 5 (five) stages, namely administrative selection such as completing prospective applicants' data to be addressed to PT Pegadaian (Persero) Personnel, written selection such as tests conducted by prospective employees who wish to apply by filling out the questions that were given related to the position to be sought by prospective job applicants, interview selection which was a question  and answer by the prospective job applicants and the personnel of PT Pegadaian (Persero), health selection was a physical checking test, selection on the job training training is a few moments to find out the ability of prospective employees to work and other selections needed. What inhibiting factors are in the recruitment process of employees at PT. Pegadaian Persero Petamburan Jakarta Branch, namely internal factor barriers such as lack of human resources to recruit, coordination is still weak between the central company and branch companies that need labor. In addition to internal factors, external obstacles are also found in the recruitment process of prospective employees, namely the practice of KKN / Bribery. How to overcome obstacles in the process of implementing employee recruitment at PT. Pegadaian Persero Petamburan Branch Jakarta, namely by examining more basic applicant reference data, efforts to overcome difficulties in finding new candidates in accordance with their fields and difficulties in determining the standard size of qualifications for new employees .
